How long does it take to build an Eternity Home?
Our typical build time ranges from 4 to 6 months, depending on the home model, lot conditions, and customizations. We work closely with you to keep you informed every step of the way.
Can I tour an Eternity Homes model?
Yes! We offer model home tours by appointment and during our open house hours:
Thursdays: 3pm-6pm | Saturday & Sunday: 12pm-5pm
How customizable are your floorplans?
Our floorplans are highly customizable to reflect your unique tastes and lifestyle needs. From layout adjustments to finishes and fixtures, we work with you to ensure your home is exactly what you envision.
Do I need to secure my own financing?
Eternity Homes does not provide in-house financing. We work closely with Oliver White at Fairway Home Mortgage, our Preferred Lender, who is familiar with our homebuilding process and committed to making financing simple, transparent, and straightforward.
You are welcome to choose any lender, but working with our Preferred Lender may provide access to exclusive opportunities and additional benefits.
Can I bring my own floor plan or make major changes to an existing plan?
Yes, we can work with your preferred designs or make significant adjustments to our existing floor plans. Our team will review your ideas to ensure they’re compatible with our building process and timeline.
Do you offer design assistance for selecting finishes?
Absolutely! Our design team guides you through choosing finishes, colors, fixtures, and more, helping you create a cohesive and beautiful space.
What’s involved in the home-building process?
Our process includes a series of key steps: initial consultation, lot selection, floor plan customization, design selection, construction, and final walk-through. Each stage is designed to keep you informed and involved.
Will I have updates throughout the building process?
Yes, we provide weekly updates and regular communication to ensure you stay informed about your home’s progress.
Do you build on privately owned lots?
Yes, we offer a ‘Build on Your Lot’ service, which allows you to have an Eternity Home built on land you already own. Contact us for a site evaluation to get started!
